Young Freelancer’s Manifesto

A Message for Young Freelancers & Clients About The Power of Youth Design.

WE THE FREELANCERS

As young people we have the choice to work in a coffee shop, to bus tables or take orders. We could even sit behind a desk and get a regular and most likely measly paycheck for a boring day’s work.

But as young freelancers we have the choice to do what we really love, learn infinitely from experience, and live up to our full potential. We are in the position to make choices for ourselves about our future and the structure of our daily lives.

YOU THE CLIENTS

You too have choices. From a seemingly infinite pool of talent looking for work you could hire a “seasoned” freelancer, a big firm, or a giant ad agency for your next project to get your project done.

Did you really get the most bang for your buck from that last project? Could you have gotten a more unique or higher quality finished product for a better value? And did you know the name of the person that put in the long hours? Do they know you?

THE YOUNG FREELANCERS OF TODAY WOULD LIKE TO SAY
